What are the System Requirements?

All Courses are compatible with Windows and Android.

What will be the medium of the Courses?

The medium of delivery will primarily be Hindi. The written language will be English and spoken language will be Hindi (Hinglish). For Spoken English Course, the written and spoken mediums will be English.

How to play the videos through Pendrive?

Instructions on Proxy Gyan App installation and on how to play the videos shall be included on the Pendrive.

Is there a time validity?

Yes. As the videos are encrypted with time validity, they won’t play after the validity expires. The time validity will be 1 Year.

Do I need the internet while using the Pendrive?

Internet is only required to activate your Course when it is launched for the first time. After that, the internet is no longer required going forward for successive learning sessions.

How can I extend the validity?

How much time will it take for the Pendrive to be delivered?

Delivery time depends on the location of the user. We aim to deliver the Pendrive within 2-3 working days of booking the course.

How can I get the Courses?

What are the accepted Payment Methods?
