Proxy Gyan was born during the Winter of 2018, with 2 long-time friends sharing the same intent. The sole intention being to provide Minimalistic eLearning Education modelled after John M. Carroll's theory - which is to minimize negative impact of instructional materials and favour self-directed learning, reasoning & improvising to make learning more meaningful with focus on "error recognition and recovery". Thus, every learner is encouraged to learn from their mistakes and determine how they can overcome them. Proxy Gyan believes that a solid eLearning content should emphasize the relationship between the subject matter and real world applications.
