Lt Cdr Sadhana is a retired air traffic control officer from the Indian Navy. She has pursued MSc. Electronics from University of Mumbai, MBA. from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies & PG.D. in Aviation Law and Management.

Sadhana is now an emerging personality in the Coaching and Public Speaking world, trained by several international and national who's who of the coaching world. In the field of private coaching, she is now leading her purpose of transforming men and women into confident and productive individuals in their chosen fields of work. Sadhana's personal mission is to impact 1 Million lives through her coaching and mentoring services by 2025.
